To change your email address, go to the drop-down profile menu next to your name in the top right corner. Go to ‘Account Info’ and click ‘Account Settings’ there you will need to "Add New Email" then click on the newly added email address and ‘Send Verification’.

 The email verification can take up to 24 hours to arrive and is often filtered into Junk, Spam, or Other folders - be sure to check those. 




Once verified. You need to go back into your account and click to make it your primary email. The final step is to go to your ‘Personal Details’ page and click the drop-down menu next to email and select the new one for it to display on your personalized business card.





If your eMarketing App is in use, please note that the test address won't change to your new email automatically. To update it, follow these steps:

 

1) Click on 'eMarketing App.'


2) Select 'Contacts.'


3) Click on 'Test.'





4) Download the Excel file containing the test email by clicking 'Download Contacts.'


5) Update your email in the Excel file.


6) Upload the file back to your account by clicking 'Upload Contacts.'
