The verification emails are often blocked or filtered into junk or spam folders be sure to check those locations. If it is, mark it as (**)safe and add “ noreply@email.branchup.com” to your address book or contacts – that may solve the issue.
To resend go to your account on branchup.com. Expand the drop-down profile menu in the top right beside your name go to ‘Account Info’ ‘Account Settings’ and select the email, then click ‘Send Verification’. This should do the trick but if you continue to have trouble let us know.
