Verification emails are often blocked or filtered into Junk or Spam folders, be sure to check those locations. 

If it is, mark it as (**) safe and add ‘noreply@email.branchup.com’ to your address book or contacts

 

To re-send a Verification email:

  • Go to your BranchUp.com account
  • Expand the drop-down menu in the top right, beside your profile 
  • Click ‘Account Info’
  • Click ‘Account Settings’
  • Select your email address
  • Click ‘Send Verification’
