  1. Login to BranchUp.com and select your profile
  2. Click on 'Post Frequency'
  3. Select your social media to manage
  4. To pause your posts: click the toggle off
  5. To Customize the number of posts: click 'custom'
  6. Set the max. number of posts 
  7. Choose the days when the posts will be published
