To Change Your Email Address:

  • Log into your BranchUp account
  • Click the drop-down menu next to your profile
  • Click ‘Account Info’ -> ‘Account Settings’ -> ‘Add New Email’ -> Enter new email address
  • Select the newly added email address
  • Click ‘Send Verification’

    The email verification can take up to 24 hours to arrive and is often filtered into Junk or Spam folders.




Once Verified: 

  • Go back into your BranchUp account
  • Select the new email address
  • Click 'Set as Primary’
  • Go to your ‘Personal Details’ page
  • Click the drop-down menu, next to Email Address
  • Select the new email address for it to display on your personalized business card
  • Click ‘Save Changes’




If your Newsletter is in use, please note that the test address will not change to your new email address automatically. 

 

To update it, follow these steps: 

  • Log into your BranchUp account
  • Click 'Client Newsletters' in the left column
  • Click 'Test' tab
  • Click ‘Add Contact’
  • Enter new email address
  • Edit or Delete the remaining email address if necessary
