If you want to selectively exclude email marketing, follow these steps:

Log into your BranchUp account
Click 'Client Newsletters' in navigation menu on the left
Click 'Preview Campaign' under the 'Upcoming' tab in navigation menu on the top

Scroll down to the bottom to find the red 'Opt Out' button
Your contacts will not receive this particular newsletter
