Verification emails are often blocked or filtered into Junk or Spam folders, be sure to check those locations.
If it is, mark it as (**) safe and add ‘noreply@email.branchup.com’ to your address book or contacts
To re-send a Verification email:
- Go to your BranchUp.com account
- Expand the drop-down menu in the top right, beside your profile
- Click ‘Account Info’
- Click ‘Account Settings’
- Select your email address
- Click ‘Send Verification’
