- Log into your BranchUp account
- Go to the drop-down menu next to your profile
- Click ‘Agency Name & Address’
- Update your Agency Phone Number
(This is not your personal phone number. It is the agency phone number you use when booking with suppliers). - Click ‘Save Changes’
- Click ‘Business Card’ once you are done to verify edits
