Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
Log in to your BranchUp account
Go to Billing / Subscription settings
Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts
Once canceled, you’ll continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
