Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
Log in to your BranchUp account
Select "View Membership" on the home page
Select "Downgrade" and follow the prompts
Once canceled, you’ll continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
