If you change your Facebook password you will be temporarily disconnected from BranchUp. To reconnect please go to branchup.com and click on the login button and sign in through Facebook. The password it’s asking from you is not for BranchUp, it's looking for your Facebook password and email. Then it will take you through to your BranchUp account.
Once there, click to ‘Reconnect your Facebook’ this reconnection can take several hours to show once you have selected it. We suggest you leave BranchUp and come back to check that it connected properly later in the day once it has had time to work through all the systems.
Reminder: You must be ADMIN on this page, and it cannot be private or a group page. Go to your agency Profile page to ensure all the information is accurate.
