Step by Step Guide


Option 1

  • Login to Branchup.com
  • Select Connection on the left navigation pane
  • Click 'Reconnect' or 'Refresh' in the Facebook section

IF you encounter an error message after doing the above steps:


After removing the integration, attempt to log back into BranchUp and connect to your Facebook Business page.


Reminder: You must be ADMIN on this page and it cannot be a private or a group page. Go to your agency Profile page to ensure all the information is accurate.
