Step by Step Guide
Option 1
- Login to Branchup.com
- Select Connection on the left navigation pane
- Click 'Reconnect' or 'Refresh' in the Facebook section
Option 2
IF you encounter an error message after doing the above steps:
- Go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools
- Click 'BranchUp'
- Click 'Remove'
- Click 'Done'
After removing the integration, attempt to log back into BranchUp and connect to your Facebook Business page.
Reminder: You must be ADMIN on this page and it cannot be a private or a group page. Go to your agency Profile page to ensure all the information is accurate.
