My Business Page Is Not on the List

If you encounter this situation, one common reason is that you have not granted BranchUp the necessary permissions in your Facebook settings. 


  1. Login to your Facebook and open your personal page. 

  2. In your Personal page, copy paste this URL [click here] 

  3. Click “view and details”  
  4. Make sure all the toggles are set to ON. 
  5. Once done, login back to BranchUp and re-connect.
