Unfortunately, the answer is no.
According to Facebook’s regulations, automation and posting by third-party tools are only supported for Facebook Business Pages. This functionality is not available for personal profiles or Facebook Groups.
Verify Your Facebook Page Type
Ensure you have a Facebook Business Page, not a personal profile. Based on Facebook regulation, the BranchUp connection only works with Business Pages. To check:
- Visit the "About" section of your page. Business Pages will display business categories, business description, contact information, etc. Meanwhile, personal profiles will display personal information such as work, education, places lived etc.
If you don't have a Business Page, create one by following our simple guide
- Open your Facebook Personal Page
- On the top right, click the Menu button (red circle in below screenshot)
- Click 'Create' -> 'Page'
- Fill in your business details
Once your Facebook Business Page is created, login to branchup.com to connect your page.
